Monitor your usage: View daily and hourly usage and weather information for your account in our Customer Services Portal or on Citizens Electric's iPhone/Droid app (a free download in your phone’s app store).
Level Pay: Our version of budget billing, Level Pay helps evens out your electric charges year round by billing a rolling average of your most current 12 months. There is no “catch-up” month unless you go off the plan. Call 877-876-3511 for more information or to enroll.
